Depending on the 2025 Mustang® coupe or convertible you choose, it comes standard with either a 10-speed SelectShift® automatic with available paddle shifters or a 6-speed manual transmission. Standard on all 2025 Mustang® EcoBoost® trims and available on all others, this smooth-shifting transmission comes with available steering-wheel mounted paddle shifters. Even better, it now has an industry-first remote rev* feature that allows you to show off the roar of the engine with the push of a key fob button. Standard on all 2025 Mustang® GT trims, the MT82-D4 6-speed manual transmission comes with rev matching for smooth shifting at any speed. Standard and only on the all-new Mustang® Dark Horse™ coupe, this modified TREMEC TR 3160 6-speed manual transmission is ready to help you tear up the streets — and the track. It also features rev matching and no-lift shifting, which allows you to go through the gears without taking your foot off the gas. And with an exclusive, titanium anodized blue shift knob, you’ll do it in style.
